Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen Reveal Daughter’s Name

Actress/singer Hailee Steinfeld and NFL quarterback Josh Allen have revealed the name of their baby daughter, who was born in April 2026.

In an issue of Steinfeld’s Substack newsletter, Beau Society, she shared a letter addressed to her daughter, referring to her by name: Harper Haize Allen.

Closing out her letter, Steinfeld wrote, “Even though I know I am meant to guide you through this life, Harper Haize Allen, the truth is that already, you have taught me far more than I could ever teach you.”

While the couple hasn’t shared their reasoning behind the name choice, Harper is a gender-neutral name of English origins, meaning “harp player.” Haize, also gender-neutral, means “wind” or “air.”
